Additional non-audio upgrades include the power to set the system's automatic shut-down

Sony today released a playstation 3 accessories software upgrade intended to fix wireless headset users' audio issues.

In the Monday short article, this company announced version 4.20, with "some minor updates so that you can strengthen functionality and improve your overall experience."
Once the company added a "sidetone" feature that enabled users to see their own voice over the game console's wireless stereo headset, fans grumbled about poor audio performance. Now, Sony has added the choice to select one of five microphone audio levels, or turn the feature off completely, the ps3 controller blog said.

Sidetone was introduced over the past PS3 system upgrade to 4.10, bringing users a chance to hear their unique voice within the headset, keeping people from shouting into your microphone. In case the sidetone level is way too high, users may hear added environmental noise, which seems like static.

Wireless headset users should follow specific instructions available on the PlayStation how do people adjust the sidetone settings.
The program update will enable virtual sound functionality, giving those who utilize wireless headset to watch movies for the PS3 an improved audio experience, the corporation said.
Additional non-audio upgrades include the power to set the system's automatic shut-down, as well as improved saved data management, allowing multiple data what to be deleted or copied en masse.
