Tough to say at this time, but the Wii U can be a solid accessory that can bring a brand new element to Nintendo gaming.

I got my hands on the redesigned device -- which was first previewed last year -- after Nintendo's Electronic Entertainment Expo event in Chicago on Tuesday.

First, it. It is smaller than a tablet, but bigger than your cell phone.
