Troubleshoot the DSI

The Nintendo DSi is usually a feature-filled portable gaming device which includes two screens, a directional pad, face and shoulder buttons. Clean Sticking Buttons

1. Let down the Nintendo DSi and disconnect any cables which may be attached.

2. Scrub around all of the buttons employing a dry toothbrush.

3. Clean the D-Pad by pressing one direction while washing the other. Doing this will give you a larger area to clean up.

Power Issues

4. Insert small side of the AC adapter into the AC Adapter Connectoron the rear of the Nintendo DSi.

5. Plug the AC adapter right into a DSi Power Cords. The charging indicator should turn orange, indicating the product is charging properly.
