This battery was/is advertised as a 1600 mAH battery. If you do not know, that number indicates the proportions in the battery when new. (The first Nintendo ds battery is 1000 mAH) I aquired this assuming that I had been obtaining a battery with 1.more the proportions on the original. What I got in the mail was an 850 mAH battery. Nearly half the capacity of what was advertised! A lot of people have reported to possess gotten a 1600 mAH battery, so I'd say this: Should you prefer a higher capacity battery, or merely another one, only understand for anyone who is prepared to chance requiring you to send it back.
Fits right as part of your DS and charges inside a couple hours. I plugged these batteries right into a LiPo analyzer and they also are only able to hold 750mah, not 1600mah as listed. I ordered this item, noting the 1600 mAH capacity, thinking it will be a fantastic buy, for the original Nintendo ds lite battery features a 1000 mAH capacity. Upon receipt, I fully charged it, also to my disappointment, I remarked that this battery lasted not even half of things i could play with around the original new Ds lite battery. That's the 1st battery I received. Apparently Eforcity saw my first negative review and, as it turned out, actually sent me a replacement because in line with them, my battery was "defective". I regret i always was optimistic about it second battery, as I'll explain. The 2nd, replacement battery I received looked like there was inexplicably of less quality than the first one. I'd personally estimate this DS Lite battery ( http://www.vdealbox.com/ds-lite-accessories/ds-lite-battery-charger.html )had about 400 mAH, well under the advertised 1600. Very, very disappointing, to say the least.
That said ,, prefer a 1600 mAH replacement Ds lite battery, Don't purchase the product.ds lite charger
However, it is a cheap replacement that may work perfectly fine, simply not nearly so long as it ought to.
